We keep this simple because we collect very little.

The checkers run in your browser

Our "do you need an inspection?" calculators run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The answers you select are used only to display a result on your screen. They are not transmitted to us, not stored, and not associated with you. We do not ask for or collect your name, address, email, or phone number on these pages.

No accounts, no forms (currently)

This site has no login and no contact forms that collect personal data. If we add a form or lead capture in the future, we will update this policy and clearly state what is collected and why before you submit anything.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) to see aggregate, anonymous usage — such as how many people visited a page or completed a checker. This data is not personally identifying, is not sold, and is not used to track you across other sites.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Privacy-friendly analytics, if enabled, are cookieless. Your browser may store nothing from us beyond what's needed to display the page.

Links and calls

We link to government and third-party sites, which have their own privacy policies we don't control. If a "call" button is present and you choose to call, that call is handled by your phone provider and, where applicable, a call-tracking provider — governed by their policies, not this one.
